Four-star offensive tackle Sam Greer has committed to Ohio State. The 6-foot-6, 310-pound prospect from Archbishop Hoban (Akron, Ohio) is ranked No. 188 nationally and No. 17 among offensive tackles in the 2026 class.
Offensive line coach Tyler Bowen played a key role in securing Greer’s commitment, making him the second high-priority offensive lineman from Ohio to join the Buckeyes this cycle. Greer, a lifelong Ohio State fan, received his first Division I offer from the Buckeyes in April 2023 and has been a frequent visitor to campus.
With his size and athleticism, Greer projects as a future standout at tackle. While he will likely need a couple of years to develop, he has the potential to become an All-Big Ten play
