Kentucky football has secured a significant commitment from Dejerrian “DJ” Miller, a 4-star wide receiver from Cardinal Ritter Prep in St. Louis, Missouri. Miller, ranked as a 4-star recruit by Rivals and a 3-star by both On3.com and 247Sports, had offers from major programs such as Illinois, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Indiana. He narrowed his choices to Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Kentucky before officially committing to the Wildcats.
Miller’s decision, announced ahead of the December 20th signing period, is a promising development for Kentucky, which finished the season with a disappointing 4-7 record (1-7 in the SEC). Head coach Mark Stoops hinted at this commitment during a recent press conference, mentioning a lengthy phone call with a key prospect.
Miller’s addition bolsters Kentucky’s 2025 recruiting class, currently ranked 27th by 247Sports. His commitment is a positive step for a program aiming to rebuild and improve after a tough season marked by offensive struggles, including a failure to score more than 20 points in any SEC game. As Kentucky prepares for its rivalry game against Louisville, the focus remains on creating momentum for a stronger 2025 campaign.
